Nathan grew up in the Chicagoland area and moved to Milwaukee after graduating from Moody Bible Institute where he received a B.A. in Biblical Studies and is finishing his Masters at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. He is passionate about helping people of all ages learn to love the Bible and share what they love with others. He also loves bringing families together at events. In his free time, he loves to cook, run, and spend time outdoors with their two crazy huskies. Even though Nathan and his wife Rosalie now live in Milwaukee they claim they'll never give up on the Cubs! Nathan and Rosalie have two boys, Lannon and Paxton.
Micah, Storm, and their son Reuben Click are excited to be part of the Ridgewood community. Micah joined Ridgewood as Student Ministry Director in February 2026 and brings over 10 years of experience serving in student ministry. Storm is completing her fellowship in Pediatric Infectious Disease at Children’s Wisconsin. Reuben, their first child, was born in August 2025.
Micah is originally from New Mexico, and Storm is from Wisconsin. The two met in Albuquerque in 2021, were married in September 2023, and moved to the Milwaukee area shortly afterward. In his free time, Micah enjoys games of all kinds—video games, board games, and sports—while Storm enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time outdoors.
Micah is passionate about helping students grow in their faith and building meaningful relationships with both students and families. The Click family is excited to invest in the Ridgewood community and walk alongside students in their spiritual journeys.
Jill and her family live in Oconomowoc, where she works as a middle school teacher. She and her husband, Joe, have three children -- Natalie, Nate and Naomi -- and much of the rest of the family is often involved in the music ministry as well. An avid cook, photographer, and musician, Jill has loved serving as Ridgewood's worship director since 2016.
Tammy grew up in Watertown, Wisconsin. She graduated from Carroll College in Waukesha, Wisconsin with a bachelor's degree in Accounting. Tammy has been working in the Accounting field for over 20 years. She has attended Ridgewood since early 2011 and came on staff as financial administrator in 2014. She works for the church a few hours a week in addition to her full time job in accounting. In her spare time, Tammy enjoys reading, spending time with her family, friends and her cats.
Vicky has a Bachelors Degree in Communication from Alverno College and an Associate Degree in Graphic Design. She has been priviledged to serve Ridgewood church as a Women's Bible study leader, Awana Director and Sunday school teacher and is now serving the church as the Office Coordinator in the main office. She finds joy in communicating the love of Jesus through her interactions with people in church and in the community.
